Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in operations; 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience in food/beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety audits and compliance with OSHA, GMP, SQF, HACCP, Organic, and Non-GMO standards.
• Lead and develop supervisors and hourly staff; manage shift planning and training.
• Oversee multiple production departments to meet schedules, quality, and yield targets.
• Utilize NetSuite ERP and RFSmart WMS for real-time inventory tracking and documentation.
• Communicate priorities across shifts; participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across processes.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents.
