Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to ensure each shift runs smoothly, train associates, stay calm under pressure, open and close the store, and uphold the highest product standards with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry.
• This is an extremely hands-on position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a leader that helps their team grow through constant coaching and feedback.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each shift runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service.
• Train new associates and coach staff to maintain high standards.
• Open and close the store and manage shift operations.
• Maintain product quality and cleanliness throughout the shift.
