Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• 6+ months of proven management experience in food service or related leadership role
• Extremely hands-on—able to work front-of-house and supervise staff
• Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic, and leading by example
• Strong operation standards in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
