Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring clean, well-maintained facilities and outstanding customer service. You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced environment, coaching staff to deliver superb experiences and to uphold the family-friendly culture Andy’s is known for.

We value hands-on leadership, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• Extremely hands-on and able to work shifts up front with guests and staff.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and full of energy with a strong work ethic.
• Lead by example and coach the team to improve performance.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work full-time, including evenings and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent and solid employment references.
