Job summary

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead the crew, oversee daily shift operations, and ensure friendly customer service. You will be responsible for subs preparation, cash register operations, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required frequently: standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret the crew handbook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew during your shift with friendly, upbeat customer service.
• Prepare subs and assist with daily kitchen tasks as needed.
• Run the register and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with scheduling and other shift duties.
