Job summary

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC in Milford seeks a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our crew during shifts, model friendly and upbeat customer service, and guide the team to success. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and we will train leaders who are fun, firm when necessary, and motivated to inspire others.

In addition to leading the crew, you may make subs, run the register, handle scheduling, cleaning, and other shift duties.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage shift operations.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Comfortable guiding and training crew during shifts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew during each shift to deliver friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare subs and operate the register when needed.
• Schedule staff and assist with shift planning and coverage.
