McDonald’s franchised restaurant in Stafford, VA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and coach crew to deliver fast, accurate and friendly service. This role drives shift performance, ensures food safety, quality, and cleanliness while meeting targets and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help the team meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness; manage scheduling and training.
