McDonald's franchisee in Franklin, VA is hiring a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to McDonald’s standards.

You’ll plan shifts, monitor performance, oversee safety and cleanliness, manage staffing and training, and help departments reach goals. Prior leadership in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred; you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain McDonald’s standards.
• Strong communication and flexibility to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week and supervise crew and other managers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Ensure safety, security and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and assist Departments in reaching goals.
• Train staff and manage scheduling as needed.
