Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a great shift.
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, training, and safety.
