Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a shift and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Oversee Food Safety, Inventory and daily maintenance.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness for customers.
• Coordinate scheduling and training as needed.
