You will monitor shift performance, uphold McDonald's standards for quality, service and cleanliness, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager to pass on a successful shift.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Able to lead shifts, communicate clearly and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
