Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Mustang, Oklahoma is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive superior customer experiences. You will supervise food prep, service quality, and store cleanliness, while coaching team members to deliver consistent, friendly service.

The role requires a proactive leader who can manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in Food/Hospitality
Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service
Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality
Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures
