Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee quality, service and cleanliness for customers.
• Manage food safety and safety & security during shifts.
• Coordinate internal communication across team and other managers.
• Handle inventory and daily maintenance tasks.
• Support crew development and training.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage for shifts.
• Monitor performance and drive toward department goals.
