This role requires leadership, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. You will train staff, monitor safety, and manage shift tasks, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to work in a managerial role.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Bring reliable transportation.
• Pass background check as required by law.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members.
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
• Executing cost control systems.
