Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean environment. You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain standards and procedures.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing crew, food safety, and cost controls while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting at our McAllen location.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18 years old to work in manager role.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state - federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results oriented and customer focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful
• Undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations
