Wendy's of Western VA, Inc. is seeking energetic Shift Managers to oversee operations at Wendy's locations in Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will lead staff, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety standards in a high-volume, quick-service environment.

The role offers opportunities for advancement from Shift Manager to Store General Manager, with extensive training and bonus programs in place.

Qualificações

• Restaurant/Retail experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights and breakfast.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and travel to other locations and office.
• Reliability is a MUST.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff and operations during shifts to deliver Service Excellence.
• Use Wendy's systems to run shifts effectively and efficiently.
• Empower and assist team to meet organizational goals.
• Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention.
• Interview and recommend candidates to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Provide A+ training for employees through established systems.
• Assist General Manager with administrative tasks.
• Ensure all food safety procedures meet Company and Health Department standards.
