McDonald’s restaurant, operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service with strong Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You’ll plan for each shift, monitor performance, mentor crew, uphold safety and profitability, and hand off to the next Shift Manager to keep operations smooth. Experience in leadership within food service is preferred; you must be 18 or older and available for a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
