McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, friendly service with top quality and cleanliness.

You’ll plan each shift, monitor performance, manage safety and profitability, and hand off to the next Shift Manager to prep them for the next shift. Previous leadership in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred; candidates must be 18+ to work in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
