Job summary

Fourteen Foods is hiring a Shift Manager at a Dairy Queen location. You will ensure quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while supporting and learning management tasks from the Assistant and General Managers.

The position requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and compliance with a background check. English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
