Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products according to brand standards while supporting the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18 or older, and must pass a background check. Strong English communication is preferred for some stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods/International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
