Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to uphold service standards and manage daily operations at a Fourteen Foods location. You will deliver quality food and service, while learning managerial duties from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Applicants should be at least 18, with 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and pass a background check. English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
