• Manages environmental services staff and daily workflow.

• Keeps up-to-date on products and materials for improvements.
• Oversees preventative maintenance on EVS equipment.
• Completes reports promptly to meet deadlines.
• Runs inspections for EVS areas and reports findings.
• Trains staff on procedures, cleaning, and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary: Responsible for managing the work activities of environmental services personnel.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintains a safety program to ensure all team members have a safe work environment.
• Frequently update yourself on new products and materials for continuous operational improvement.
• Maintains the approved preventative maintenance program on all equipment.
• Completes necessary reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
• Maintains an inspection program for all EVS responsible areas.
• Proficiently utilizes program to submit, track, and follow-up on work orders
• Conducts inspections on all casino and non-gaming EVS areas daily.
• Trains employees in proper procedures, cleaning and safety programs
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
