Overview

The Big Salad is an exciting fast casual restaurant that offers gourmet salads, soups, and sandwiches. Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests can custom design their own personal salads from over 25 toppings and dressings, and determine if their salad will be tossed or chopped. The Salad Chef builds the salad to the guest's exact specifications, giving The Big Salad a unique experience. The Big Salad also offers signature entree salads, and a variety of soup and sandwich options. We pride ourselves on creating a culture that treats team members and guests as family, and on providing healthy, wholesome foods in a friendly environment that creates a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Work 6-8 hour shifts, 4-6 days per week
• Manage daily operation of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Manage catering events
• Complete weekly inventory control
• Adhere to The Big Salad's policies, procedures, and checklists
• Maintain the highest standards of excellence in quality control for food, service, health, and safety
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to motivate and inspire team members
