Auntie Anne’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences. You’ll maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety while coaching staff and addressing guest concerns.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of supervisory experience, flexibility to cover weeknights and weekends, and a readiness to grow with the brand. Benefits include meal perks and employee discounts.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Comfortable with standing, bending, and staying active during shifts.
