Auntie Anne’s in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Shift Manager to be the heartbeat of the store during your shift, leading the team, upholding quality, service, cleanliness and food safety, and ensuring guests leave happy and satisfied.

You will coach colleagues, handle shifting priorities, and escalate issues to store leadership when needed. Applicants should be 18+ with basic math and POS skills, and be ready to lead with flavor.
