Auntie Anne's is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure top-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise shifts, maintain food safety standards, and help manage cash and opening/closing procedures while fostering reliability and teamwork among staff.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
