Job summary

McDonald's (franchise location) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead Crew Members on daily shifts, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service. You will plan, organize, and assign tasks while upholding McDonald's standards for quality, service and cleanliness.

What You’ll Do

Shift Managers provide leadership during assigned shifts to help ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining strong standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities may include:

• Leading Crew Members during assigned shifts
• Planning and organizing each shift
• Assigning positions and responsibilities to Crew Members
• Monitoring performance throughout the shift
• Coaching employees and providing direction when needed

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
