Job summary

Five Guys in Michigan is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will supervise crew and drive standards for food prep, delivery, and guest service while maintaining a positive work environment.

Position offers pay around $18.00/hour plus tips and bonus, with opportunities for growth as the company expands across North America. Comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced, high-energy setting are provided.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
