Five Guys in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Shift Manager. The role pays $19.00/hour plus tips and bonuses, with typical hours 11:00 am–10:00 pm. You will supervise crew, direct daily operations in the GM’s absence, maintain food prep standards, handle customer relations, and oversee inventory. Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
