Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a Shift Manager in Missouri to oversee daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will direct product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, team and inventory management, ensuring adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, is energetic and obsessed with delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence and oversee product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management.

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Support shift leaders and crew members to achieve outstanding guest experiences.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
