Job summary

Five Guys Frisco is seeking a motivated supervisor to help lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring top quality food, service, and safety standards while assisting the General Manager in their absence.

You will oversee team performance, inventory, and customer relations, drive a positive, high-energy environment, and participate in scheduling, training, and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and maintain positive guest relations.
• Strong work ethic and high energy with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, and safety.
• Oversee customer relations, team performance, inventory, and scheduling.

The pay for this position is $18.50/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
