Job summary

Five Guys in Columbus, OH is hiring a Shift Manager. The pay is $18.00/hour plus tips and bonus. You will oversee crew, ensure operations, customer service, and adhere to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence, including coordinating crew, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Oversee product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance to meet company standards.
• Lead by example to motivate and develop team members and maintain high standards of service.

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
