Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations in Des Moines. You will help lead crew members, ensure product prep and delivery meet our standards, and maintain a clean, friendly dining environment.

With 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, you’ll motivate the team, manage schedules and inventory, and uphold exceptional customer service while driving a positive guest experience. Competitive pay with bonuses and benefits.

The pay for this position is $20.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
