Five Guys in Roswell, GA is hiring for a crew/shift leader role with pay starting at $18.00/hour plus tips and bonus. You will supervise crew members, support daily operations, and help deliver high-quality burgers and service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified applicants have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail and a passion for great guest experiences. The position offers the chance to grow with a growing brand and participate in a comprehensive benefits package.

The pay for this position is starting at $18.00/hour +Tips +Bonus.

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
