Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in New York is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence, ensuring adherence to standards and exceptional guest service. You’ll manage product prep, customer relations, and inventory while directing team activities on a fast-paced shift.

You should have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a passion for a great work environment, and a focus on delivering high-quality food with a big smile.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence, including product prep, customer relations and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across operation areas and maintain restaurant maintenance.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and quality.

The pay for this position is $17.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
