Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations and support a high-energy team. You’ll supervise crew members, assist in managing service quality, and ensure adherence to company standards in product prep, delivery, and customer relations.

This role offers growth opportunities across North America with a focus on promoting from within, a competitive base pay, and a bonus structure tied to performance. Free meals during shifts and strong benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of service.
• Demonstrated motivation, energy and a positive customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders with additional responsibility for daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas including product prep, delivery, customer relations, and inventory management.
• Direct daily operations and support a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant environment.

The pay for this position is $20/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
