Job summary

Five Guys Burke, VA is seeking a Shift Manager with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service. You will direct daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence, ensure adherence to company standards in product prep, service, and inventory, and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences.

The role pays $19.00 per hour plus tips and bonus, with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities as the company expands across North America.

The pay for this position is $19.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
