Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in California is seeking a shift supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence. You’ll ensure quality in product prep and delivery, maintain customer relations, and support inventory and maintenance tasks.

You will lead a team with a focus on delivering outstanding service, embody honesty, energy, and motivation, and uphold high standards for yourself and the team. Expect growth through a rapidly expanding network of locations.

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.

The pay for this position is $21.00-$22.50/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
