Job summary

Five Guys in Alexandria, VA is seeking a shift supervisor to help run daily operations when the General Manager is absent. You will direct duties across product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years supervisory experience in food service, a passion for great food, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Strong focus on creating a positive, productive work environment for the team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service.

The pay for this position is $20/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
