Job summary

Five Guys in Lewisville, AR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations. This role trains to perform all Crew Member and Shift Leader duties and may lead in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with brand standards in prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, and inventory control.

You have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a drive to create a great team environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional, smile-driven

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
