Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager in Utica, MI, to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes managing team performance, compliance with standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are provided.
The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibilities for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as assigned.
