Shift Manager $14 to $16 role at McDonald's.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
• Meet shift and department targets.
• Perform daily duties such as deposits, bank runs, handling customer complaints, giving crew breaks, and other tasks.
• Food Safety - DAILY
• Internal Communication – with crew and other management
• Inventory Management – waste control, truck orders and delivery
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness – dishes, trash, equipment cleaning and more
• Managing Crew – giving breaks, handling discipline reasonably, proper uniform adherence
• Quality Food Production – continuous food checks, HOT FAST PRETTY and SAFE
• Exceptional Customer Service – Leave em Smiling!
• Safety and Security – wet floor signs, back door control, money handling
• Scheduling – day to day placement to creation of schedules weekly
• Training – monitoring progress and proper behaviors at all times

Qualifications
