Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a shift manager in Savannah, GA to lead daily restaurant operations at our location. The role includes supervising crew members and directing service during the General Manager’s absence, ensuring product prep, delivery, and customer relations meet Five Guys standards.

You will earn $21.00 per hour plus tips and bonuses, with benefits and opportunities for growth as the company expands across North America.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
