Job summary

SONIC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager in Woodward, OK to support daily operations under the GM and AGM, ensuring fast, friendly, and safe service.

You will help hire and train team members, manage scheduling, and uphold quality standards while delivering moments of delight to guests.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Help hire, train, and develop team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
• Ensure quality food is served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for a great guest experience.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
