Job summary

SONIC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily operations, uphold food safety, and deliver a clean, friendly guest experience. You will assist the General Manager and Assistant GM, help hire, train, and develop team members, and spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, comprehensive training, advancement opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Prefer six months or more restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
