Job summary

SONIC in Louisiana is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant GM in daily restaurant operations. You’ll help deliver fast, friendly service, oversight of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and improve guest experiences across shifts.

You’ll also assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing team members, while embracing a fun, fast-paced environment that values training and career growth for your crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Prefer at least six months of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and Assistant GM in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food is prepared and served in a clean, safe, efficient manner.
• Help hire, train, and develop team members to spark delightful moments.

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Moments of Magic You Bring to the Crew

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
