Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding the team, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will help maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for 80% of shift
