Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes continually.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
