Candidate Expectations:

• A Shift Manager is responsible for running excellent shifts and assisting the General Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the restaurant to ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.
• The Shift Manager guides team members, ensures operational standards, and trains and assists team members across all restaurant positions.
• Physical requirements include standing for up to 8 hours, lifting 25 to 40 pounds, and performing pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• Effective communication through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors is essential.
• The role involves reconciling cash, completing manual and computer-based paperwork, and maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
