Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to uphold Dairy Queen standards while delivering friendly service and quality food. You will work under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and General Manager to support daily operations at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, team leadership, and adherence to company policies and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain stations.
